Galina Sokolovska ist Kostümbildnerin mit Sitz in Berlin und Mitglied der European Film Academy. Sie verfügt über mehr als 20 Jahre Erfahrung mit internationalen Filmproduktionen, Werbefilmen und Musikvideos.

Ihr gestalterischer Ansatz beruht auf archetypischem Denken, Figurenpsychologie und kultureller Symbolik. Sie erforscht tiefere Schichten von Identität, Erinnerung und Transformation und übersetzt sie in eine eigenständige visuelle Sprache.

Sie verbindet konzeptionelles Denken mit fundiertem Wissen über Schnittkonstruktion, textile Techniken und handwerkliche Umsetzung. So entwickelt sie Kostüme von der ersten Idee bis zu ihrer konkreten Realisierung vor der Kamera.

Ein Kostüm ist keine Dekoration. Es ist Teil der Dramaturgie.
